Spiritual Development

It is well known that hypnosis offers clients the opportunity to look deeper inside themselves and discover more about their 'spiritual identity'. I would offer another dimension to that definition - I would call it our 'immortal identity' which is the part of us that lives on after death, which exists in the afterlife, the part that chooses to experience incarnating in physical form on earth. There are many ways to uncover more about this part of ourselves, from taking guided journeys that connect you with your deep inner self, to uncovering past life memories and discovering your soul state, to learning to open yourself to channel your spirit guide or a higher guide for the purpose of giving readings or for personal guidance.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is based on the supposition that we return to this earth many times in order to experience and evolve and grow as souls, learning our lessons as we do so. Souls incarnate into a new body, but carry the energetic imprint of the most important life lessons or life experiences with them, to ensure that they can actually act on those lessons. The memory is hazy, yes, after all it would be a pointless lesson if we already knew all the answers, but nevertheless, there exists inside us the basic soul learning so that we can progress and not keep repeating our mistakes.

Sometimes the hazy 'soul memory' can cause difficulties in this life and the memory needs to be brought up to conscious awareness so that healing can take place and for the current  mind/body to let go of past life troubles or traumas and move onwards into this life and make a success of it. Conventional past life regression is aimed at healing past life traumas that are actually interfering with “this life” health, happiness or success.

Past life regression is geared towards progressing the soul memory through to the death and, during the process, addressing memories which are causing problems or symptoms in this life. Often it is sufficient just to bring these memories up to conscious awareness. The soul can then stop 'reminding' the client what exactly it is that they need to remember and avoid doing in their current incarnation!

Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy (LBL)

Life between lives regression is the most profound and spiritual journey that we can take while still in our earthly bodies.  The technique was developed by Dr Michael Newton over many years of detailed and painstaking work to enable clients to take themselves to a state where 'between lives' memories can be accessed.  This is about your life as a soul, meeting your guide, joining back with your soul group, those who you work with in the spirit world.  During the regression you can obtain answers to life's most difficult and challenging questions: 

Why am I here?  What is my life purpose? Have I met my soulmate yet?

What is the spirit world like? Why did I choose such a difficult life this time?

Channeling

Channeling is the preferred term used now to describe working with a guide or guides.  If you are interested in exploring this aspect of our spiritual lives then it is now possible to train the mind and body to channel your guide successfully for personal use or to bring your gift to the wider community.  Courses are available to work with achieving contact with your guide and learning how to channel.
