You can book by phone or email and I usually want to meet with you first to make sure you are happy to go ahead with therapy. This free initial chat is designed to allow you to see my work room, to meet me and make a balanced decision about whether you really want to go ahead. I cannot stress enough how vital it is for the client to get on with their therpist.There has to be a real partnership to work through the issues that need to be addressed or healed, so feeling comfortable with me and confident about the therapy is all part of the process. There is no obligation to follow this chat with a booking.

Past life work and Life-between-lives hypnotherapy always require preparation for the session itself to be successful. There is a requirement for deep trance that can only be realised through the right hypnosis practice - I have developed a special CD which is designed to achieve this level of trance successfully.

I am based in Biddenham, a pretty village just outside Bedford. My therapy room is at my home which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is easily accessible by car, close to the M1 and also by train with the main London St Pancras line just a few minutes away. I always collect clients to and from the station.
